The reservation form embedded in the website is provided through the DISH Reservation platform, operated by DISH Digital Solutions GmbH.
When you use this form, the data required for the reservation is processed by Nonna Piazza and by the technology provider to make the reservation service available and to manage it.
Use of the reservation system may also be subject to the DISH Reservation privacy policy.
5. Google Analytics
The website uses Google Analytics 4 only after you have consented to statistics cookies.
Data that may be processed includes:

- approximate geographic location;

The website is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure.
